Sarah Krupat is a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience in the field of nutrition and dietetics, with a specialization in both adults and adolescents who are seeking support for eating disorder and disordered eating treatment. Sarah’s approach is compassionate, client-centred, and non-judgmental, and she is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for clients.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Applied Science in Food and Nutrition at Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as her dietetic practicum in collaboration with North York General Hospital. Sarah also holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto. Sarah has previously worked in the live-in adolescent eating disorder treatment at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health, as well as the outpatient eating disorder program at Lakeridge Health.

Sarah has specialized training in both adolescent and adult eating disorders and draws from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including Family-Based Therapy (FBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She supports clients in challenging rigid food rules, developing attunement to internal cues, and fostering a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys salsa and bachata dancing, travelling, and reading a good book in the sun. Sarah loves to spend time with her family, friends, and her 2 bunnies.
