Specialized individual or group therapy sessions are available for parents looking to support adolescent and young adult children in better managing mental health challenges. These sessions are aimed at helping parents reduce problematic behaviors such as acting out, disordered eating, avoidance, self-harm, and substance use.
Our eating disorder treatment stream provides evidence-based supports to guide individuals toward recovery. Clients who choose to participate in this program will be provided with the following services: Individual Therapy, Dietetic Support, Individual Caregiver Support, and DBT Skills Group.
