Natalie Rose is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, emotion regulation challenges, and struggles related to self-worth and identity. She has worked across hospital, community, corrections, and private practice settings, providing individual and group psychotherapy, including facilitating DBT skills groups.

In addition to her clinical work, Natalie brings extensive coaching experience, helping individuals bridge the gap between insight and action by developing practical skills and creating meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.

Natalie’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe, authentic relationships. She integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Experiencing, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and self-compassion-based practices. Her work is also informed by Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size principles, supporting clients in building a more peaceful relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.

Natalie strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences while moving toward a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.

Outside of her clinical work, Natalie is a new mom to a baby boy, and she has two beautiful Siberian cats. She enjoys photography, creating content, exploring new coffee spots, and going for walks with her family.
