Erin Rayman
Clinical Volunteer
Erin Rayman is currently preparing for her fourth year in the BA Psychology and Behavioural Science program at McGill University. Her research interests are in the realm of eating disorder pathology, and as a TPWG volunteer she hopes to expand her clinical knowledge of the field. Erin takes interest in bridging the fields of Clinical Psychology and Sports Psychology as well, looking towards mechanisms and therapies that will decrease the frequency of elite athletes experiencing eating disorders and explore how coaching behaviours and/or coach-athlete dynamics can induce such eating pathology. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree, she hopes to pursue a Clinical Psychology doctoral degree and practice as a Clinical Psychologist. Aside from her studies, Erin works in a Daycare Centre and is a member of the Canadian mental health organization Jack.Org, leading the students’ chapter at her university. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.
