Charlotte Leon-Williamson is a doctoral practicum student in the Clinical Psychology program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from TMU and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University. She is completing her practicum at TPWG under the supervision of Dr. Jasmin Katz.

Charlotte is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults experiencing mental health challenges and strives to provide compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based care tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. She has received clinical training in both psychotherapy and assessment through the Psychology Training Clinic at St. Michael’s Hospital, including experience with psychological and psychoeducational assessment.

Her therapeutic training is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with experience integrating approaches from Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Charlotte has worked with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a variety of concerns including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related disorders, and grief.

Outside of her clinical work, Charlotte enjoys reading, cooking, travelling, and spending time with friends and family.
