Michele Davies, BScFN, RD

Registered Dietitian

Michele Davies is a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of experience. Michele specializes in working with adults and adolescents with eating disorders and disordered eating patterns. She is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to improve their nutrition and eating, heal their relationship with food, and ultimately enhance their overall quality of life.

Michele graduated from Western University with an Honors Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics BScFN degree. She then completed her dietetic internship at North York General Hospital (NYGH), which included a rotation in the Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Program. She has worked in the Adult Eating Disorders Program at NYGH since 2016, providing specialized care to individuals affected by eating disorders. She offers additional nutrition expertise working in cancer care for 8 years at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre.

Michele is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. She provides nutrition counselling informed by elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Family-based Therapy (FBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and taking part in recreational ballet and dance classes. Most of all, she cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends.
