Specializing in strength training, rehabilitation, and mobility, Mani tailors his programs to meet the needs of skiers, golfers, tennis players, and anyone seeking to improve their physical health—whether through injury recovery, core conditioning, or better movement. Above all, Mani is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their bodies, build sustainable habits, and practice self-compassion. He fosters a positive, supportive environment that encourages clients to prioritize their health holistically, cultivating a deep connection to both physical and mental wellness.
