Grace Golden is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Clinical Science and Psychopathology program at the University of Western Ontario. She holds a Master’s in Clinical Science and Psychopathology from Western University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo.

 Grace is passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate mental health challenges and the broader mental healthcare system. She has received clinical training in therapy and assessment across various hospital and interdisciplinary settings, including the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Archways Centre for CBT, and London Health Sciences Centre – Children’s Hospital. In these roles, Grace has worked with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, body image and eating-related concerns, as well as trauma- and stressor-related disorders.

 Grace is dedicated to working with clients to help them feel understood, validated, and empowered in their recovery process. She values creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship and tailoring evidence-based interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

 Outside of her professional work, Grace enjoys travelling, cooking and baking, and painting.
