Trisha Wilson is a Registered Dietitian with 12 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families. She specializes in the prevention and treatment of Eating Disorders. She obtained a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor before completing the two-year Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI.

Trisha is registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario and a member of Dietitians of Canada. She earned her Certified Eating Disorders Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) credential from the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) in 2015 and remains an active member. Trisha has completed specialized training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E, CBT-AR) and Dialectical Behaviour

Therapy (DBT). Prior to joining TPWG, she worked for 12 years in the Outpatient Eating Disorders Program at the Teen Health Centre in Windsor, Ontario. Trisha provides nutrition counselling through a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach. She is passionate about supporting others in establishing a healthy, positive relationship with food.

In her personal time, Trisha enjoys cheering her two children on in their many extra-curricular activities and travelling.
