Navigating Recovery Through Food and Nutrition

A 2-hour online workshop for parents or caregivers of individuals struggling with disordered eating. Learning how to model healthy eating behaviours and how to overcome nutritional roadblocks during recovery.

This workshop is intended for parents and caregivers of those struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating. It will target many of the nutritional roadblocks that often impede recovery including how to speak appropriately about food within the home, challenging myths and unhelpful beliefs about what we eat, and modelling healthy eating as parents and caregivers.

Confidentiality Notice:
In the workshop, there will be a presentation followed by an opportunity for discussion and questions. If you wish to participate, you may ask questions either via microphone or type your concerns into the chat feature. You are welcome to keep your cameras on during the session. However, if you wish to remain anonymous you can keep your camera off and edit your display name so that the other attendees do not see your name or identifying information.
