Sonia Catalli, BSc, MA (In Progress)
Clinical Therapist

Sonia Catalli is a graduate of the University of Guelph where she received her BSc in Biology and Psychology. She is completing her MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is passionate about youth health and wellness. Sonia has experience as an Instructor Therapist working with children and teens with neurodevelopmental disorders. Additionally, she has a diverse experience in mental health advocacy including roles within nonprofits, hospitals, and schools.
Sonia is interested in youth psychology, especially in the areas of anxiety and mood disorders, positive coping, resilience, academic challenges, identity and LGBTQ+ issues, and body image. She takes an individualized approach to therapy and draws from CBT, DBT, and narrative approaches in her work. Sonia aims to create a safe space for clients to be themselves and move towards their goals.
In her spare time, Sonia loves to read, spend time with family and friends, and hang out with her adored cat Betty!
Sonia is presently accepting referrals for low-cost/sliding scale services.
