Samantha Withnell is a Ph.D. Candidate in Clinical Psychology at Western University. She received her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Western University, and her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Calgary. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan experiencing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma and eating disorders.
Samantha primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure Therapy techniques, and also has experience conducting diagnostic and cognitive assessments. She has also received training in Temperament-Based Therapy with Supports (TBT-S) for eating disorders.
