Jenah St-Jacques, HBSc, RD
Registered Dietitian

Jenah St-Jacques obtained her Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Western Ontario. She completed her practicum internship through the Northern Ontario Dietetic Internship Program (NODIP) in her hometown of Sudbury, Ontario.
Throughout the course of her career, Jenah has worked in various clinical settings and has experience working with clients of all ages including children and adolescents. In addition to TWPG, Jenah also works at London Health Sciences Centre in the Adult Eating Disorders Service where she provides nutrition counselling to adults living with eating disorders. She has experience with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and incorporates components of this treatment modality when counselling. She provides support and education on how to normalize eating patterns, introduce challenging foods, interrupt eating disorder symptoms and use of safety behaviours.
Jenah is passionate about helping those struggling with eating disorders re-establish a positive relationship with food and body image. She believes in Health at Every Size® and practices with an Intuitive Eating approach. She continues to pursue and participate in professional development events and strives to educate herself on the most evidence-based nutrition research.
Jenah is a loving mama to her fur baby, Ollie. She enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
