Comprehensive EDP Multidisciplinary Intake

Treatment begins with a comprehensive multidisciplinary intake with professionals extensively trained in Eating Disorder assessment and treatment. This process allows us to collaboratively determine the severity of the youth’s symptoms, establish an accurate diagnosis, and create a personalized treatment plan.

This intake includes 3 appointments:

1. Psychosocial Intake with a member of our Psychology Team (60mins)
2. Dietetic Assessment with a Registered Dietitian (75 minutes)
3. Medical Assessment with a Paediatrician or Adolescent Medicine Physician (90 minutes; OHIP covered)

As part of the intake assessment, adolescents 15+ will complete baseline measures to help determine symptom severity and track progress throughout treatment.
